All the knowledge received through years of experience, thorough and detailed studies of ancient and modern treatises on Yoga and Ayurveda as well as study with recognized masters is the foundation of a system that has shown positive results in ten years of its existence.  Classic and developed practices included in the "Yoga House" system were chosen according to Yoga and Ayurveda principals and aim to restore and enhance health, to open creative and spiritual potential, and to increase the energy level of the individual for that is the foundation of the harmonious and happy life.


Hatha Yoga

Mobilizes systems of self-healing, self-restoration and self-cleansing. Offers studies of correct movements and postures (more than 500 asanas), correct breathing, controlled breathing (pranayamas).

Dhandal and Bhaski

Combination of workout, breathing and visualization. The main goal here is the beauty and health of the human body.

Shakti Nata

Dynamic pranayama. Harmonizes breathing with the working joints and muscles.
