Yoga – (Sanskrit)
Union. Yoga is the ancient art, science and philosophy of the
development of the individual that leads to unification of body
and soul and his integration with the Absolute.
Yoga is not only
practice of asanas, as is commonly thought, but a well developed
system. The asanas is only one of the means to achieve Yoga. Along
with purification of the body, healthy diet, pranayama, control
of the psycho-emotional state and thoughts, asanas bring the unique
therapeutic effect of inner balance and peace.
We invite you to
join the project “Yoga House” where yoga techniques and practices
are taught. Practices that purify and strengthen the body and
let the body itself overcome shortcomings, weaknesses and illnesses
and avoid dependence on medicine which while influencing one problem
may cause others.
We pay a lot of attention
to the body-consciousness link, understanding that consciousness
is the invisible part of the body, and the body is the visible
part of the consciousness. Educating the body we work on our consciousness
which in turn forms an adequate conception of the world, tunes
one to the harmonious and effective regime of interaction with
the environment and helps to solve difficult problems.
We understand a human
being as a perceiving and reproducing bio-energetic system. Purifying
the bio-energetic system we tune it to the more subtle perception
of reality and right interpretation of perceived information.
Practicing yoga gives you knowledge of your being as a unified
whole. This knowledge can be obtained only intuitively in the
process of indefatigable training and development.
The lessons in “Yoga
House”are targeted to increase the potential of the personal strength
(in other words – the energy potential) of the human being. When
one obtains personal strength more attention is freed and one
develops better concentration, reacts faster and in a more correct
way, and becomes wise and compassionate. With the accumulation
of personal strength we get to a higher stage of self development.
The free attention lets us define what stage of development we
are at and set new horizons. We learn to use free attention during
the practice, adding more and more borders of control, covering
new areas of activity. Gradually the practice of control moves
to the everyday life and even to unforeseen situations.
But please, when
thinking of self development don't forget about responsibility
and obligations that you already hold. Love, be wise and compassionate
– this is an important part of the Way. Don't be afraid to set
high standards. Believe in yourself and try your best. But remember:
only you and only on your own.
At the yoga lessons
we share experience, learn new techniques, and sharpen the skills.
For greater effectiveness the lessons are built as one flow. It
is best to try to be involved in everything that the class does.
Start in an easy way but try to follow the stream of movements
and actions. Listen carefully to the explanations and try to copy.
We advise all yoga
practitioners to practice on their own and we offer help to build
self sets. We also give professional advice to those interested
in medical fasting and purification and offer a wide range of
massages.

Yoga Federation);
*Consultations
on medical fasting and Aurvedic purification are given by Dr.
Igor Romanitsky and Olga Romanitsky;
*Massages
are done by Olga Romanitsky (international diploma in wide range
medical and health-improving massages) and Dr. Igor Romanitsky.
